截割链是连续采煤机截割机构的重要组成部分,其载荷大小及其分布对整机的截割性能、生产率、工作稳定性、可靠性与使用寿命有直接的影响。文章通过对截齿的受力分析、确立了连续采煤机截割链上截齿截割煤、岩石夹层、硬质包裹体时受力的计算方法,并利用数字计算机模拟分析了连续采煤机截割链载荷的概率密度分布曲线,为研究确定截割链的结构、载荷成分与截割性能奠定了理论基础。
The cutting chain is an important part of the continuous shearer cutting mechanism. The load size and its distribution have a direct impact on the cutting performance, productivity, work stability, reliability and service life of the whole machine. Based on the force analysis of the picks, the paper established the method to calculate the stress of cutting coal, rock intercalation and hard inclusion on the cutting chain of continuous shearer, and analyzed the influence of continuous coal mining by digital computer simulation The probability density distribution curve of machine-cut chain load laid a theoretical foundation for the study of the structure, load component and cutting performance of the cut chain.
