选取2009-2014上市公司大样本数据,从多个视角实证分析了技术资本、人力资本对综合绩效的影响。全样本显示,技术资本、人力资本与短期、长期绩效均显著正相关,且两者表现出明显的替代性。分样本显示,企业股权性质与注册地域不同,结论存在明显差异。国有企业的人力资本对长期绩效的作用较为显著,但技术的持续作用不明显,非国有企业恰恰相反。另外,东部地域企业,技术与人力的相互调节关系及对绩效的影响力最强,中西部略弱一些。基于以上结论,最后提出参考建议。
Select large sample data of 2009-2014 listed companies, empirical analysis of the impact of technology capital and human capital on the comprehensive performance from multiple perspectives. The full sample shows that there is a significant positive correlation between technical capital and human capital and short-term and long-term performance, and both show obvious alternatives. Sub-sample shows that the nature of corporate equity and registration of different regions, there are significant differences in conclusions. The role of human capital of state-owned enterprises in long-term performance is more significant, but the continuous effect of technology is not obvious, and the non-state-owned enterprises are just the opposite. In addition, the eastern region of enterprises, technology and human mutual adjustment and the impact of the strongest performance, slightly weaker in the Midwest.
