目的比较两种消毒剂对分枝杆菌的杀灭效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某聚维酮碘和二氯异氰尿酸钠杀灭几种分枝杆菌标准株的效果进行比较实验。结果用含有效碘250mg/L消毒剂作用1 min,对悬液内龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种杀灭对数值>4.00;用含有效碘500 mg/L消毒剂作用1min,对悬液内结核杆菌H37Rv株和H37Ra株的杀灭对数值均>4.00。用含有效氯1 000 mg/L消毒剂作用2.5min,对悬液内龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种的杀灭对数值>4.00;含有效氯1 000 mg/L和2 000 mg/L消毒剂作用10 min,对悬液内结核杆菌H37Rv株和H37Ra株的杀灭对数值均>4.00。标准菌株H37Rv杀灭对数值>4.00。结论杀灭龟分枝杆菌和结核杆菌H37Rv株与H37Ra株所需含氯消毒剂浓度和作用时间均高于聚维酮碘。
Objective To compare the killing effect of two disinfectants on mycobacteria and provide the basis for practical disinfection. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test was used to compare the effects of certain povidone-iodine and sodium dichloroisocyanurate on killing several standard strains of mycobacteria. Results With the disinfectant containing effective iodine 250mg / L for 1 min, the logarithm value of killing mycobacterium bovis abscesses in the suspension was> 4.00; with the disinfectant containing effective iodine 500 mg / L for 1 min, The kill logarithm for both the H37Rv strain and the H37Ra strain was> 4.00. The logarithmic value of the killing index of mycobacterium bovis abscess in the suspension was> 4.00 with the disinfectant containing 1 000 mg / L of effective chlorine for 2.5 min. The disinfectant contained 1 000 mg / L of chlorine and 2 000 mg / L of disinfectant The killing logarithm of Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain and H37Ra strain in suspension was> 4.00 for 10 min. Standard strain H37Rv kill logarithm> 4.00. Conclusion The concentration and duration of chlorine-containing disinfectant required to kill Mycobacterium turtles and Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains H37Rv and H37Ra were higher than that of povidone-iodine.
