针对本钢2 600 m3高炉炼铁生产过程中产生大量的一次、二次烟尘超标,主沟移动罩使用寿命低的问题,在出铁场设置较为完善的通风除尘设施,通过出铁场屋顶自然排放的净化后气体含尘浓度小于100 mg/m3,实现了达标排放。通过对铁场主铁沟上方移动罩的结构形式,耐火材料的优化,使得新移动罩的使用寿命提高了4倍,集尘效率显著提高。
