地处武威市北郊的金羊镇蔡庄村是省委、省政府命名的全省发展乡镇企业“十强村”。村党支部1996年被省委授予“全省农村基层先进党支部”称号,村委会被省政府授予“模范村委会”称号。以蔡庄村为主体开发的蔡庄小区也于1999年11月被武威行署命名为地级乡镇企业示范小区。找准路子,冲破传统经济结构的樊篱蔡庄村是传统的蔬菜种植区。在设立开发区之前,蔬菜种植是全村经济的主导产业,全村近80%的劳力从事农业生产,农业产值占全村社会总产值的53%。随着城市的不断扩展,村里的耕地逐年减少,群众的温饱和生活问题受到日益严峻的挑战。面对
