学生管理工作在高等学校教育中历来占有十分重要的地位,它对大学生高尚人格的形成、专业技能的提高、创新能力的培养等都起着举足轻重的作用。针对当前社会环境以及多年来的工作经验,现对高职院院校学生管理工作做了如下思考:一、重视政治辅导员队伍建设。二、加强引导教育,解决大学生心理问题。三、营造良好的民主管理氛围,加大学生的自身管理。四、加强校园文化建设。五、做好学生就业指导工作,加速学生就业观念的转变。
Student management has always occupied a very important position in higher education. It plays a decisive role in shaping the noble personality of college students, improving their professional skills and cultivating their innovative abilities. In response to the current social environment and years of work experience, the following are the considerations for the management of students in higher vocational colleges: First, attach importance to the construction of political counselors. Second, to strengthen guidance and education, to solve the psychological problems of college students. Third, to create a good atmosphere of democratic management, increase students’ own management. Fourth, to strengthen the building of campus culture. Fifth, do a good job of students employment guidance, speed up the change of student employment concept.
