Objective To understand the long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene compounds on the health effects of workers. Methods The observation group and the control group were set up and the blood pressure, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and other items of the two groups were examined. The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene in the working environment of the observation group were also determined. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the total abnormal rate of electrocardiogram and abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) between the two groups. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of arrhythmia (sinus, sinus, premature beat, Irritable syndrome) There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group (χ2 = 7.63, P <0.01), that is, the incidence of arrhythmia was significantly higher in the exposure group than in the control group; the detection rate of white blood cell count decreased significantly Control group, while hemoglobin content, platelet count decreased no significant difference. Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentrations of benzene series can damage bone marrow hematopoietic function, causing leukopenia. And can cause autonomic dysfunction, leading to arrhythmia.
