为提高太阳能的利用效率的同时得到可资用的热水和电力,设计并制作一套非晶硅(a-Si)太阳能光电-热一体化(PV/T)实验装置,结合实验数据,计算PV/T系统的能量效率和效率,对系统的热力性能进行分析,并依此对系统提出优化和节能建议;对PV/T系统的能量输出与系统接收到的太阳辐射量的关系以及太阳电池的最佳倾角、方位角进行分析,为系统设计提供理论参考;还对系统的经济性进行分析,并与几种相近系统进行比较,结果显示非晶硅PV/T也具有良好的经济性。本文的研究结果可为该类系统的优化和应用提供理论参考。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy and obtain the available hot water and electric power, a set of a-Si solar photovoltaic-thermal integration (PV / T) experimental device was designed and manufactured. Based on the experimental data, PV / T system energy efficiency and efficiency of the system’s thermal performance analysis, and in accordance with the system proposed optimization and energy-saving recommendations; PV / T system of energy output and the system receives the relationship between the amount of solar radiation and solar cells The best dip angle and azimuth angle are analyzed to provide a theoretical reference for the system design. The economy of the system is also analyzed and compared with several similar systems. The results show that the amorphous silicon PV / T also has good economy. The results of this paper can provide theoretical reference for the optimization and application of such systems.
