随着煤矿机械化水平的不断提高,开采强度日益加大,矿井产生的大量煤尘成为煤矿安全生产的突出问题。因此,尽快完善煤矿防止煤尘爆炸和隔绝爆炸传播的措施已是当务之急。 目前煤矿井下使用的水槽棚和岩粉棚是可靠的隔爆措施。但水槽棚初期投资大,运输中易于损坏,岩粉棚上的岩粉易于受潮结块,需经常更换,其工作量大。因此,根据目前煤矿的经济能力和管理水平,渴望能有一种更经济可靠的辅助隔爆措施。 水袋棚投资少,简单易行,便于推广,因此矿井中开始用它代替水槽棚、岩粉棚作为辅助隔爆措施来限制煤尘爆炸传播。
With the continuous improvement of mechanization of coal mines, mining intensity is increasing day by day. The large amount of coal dust generated by mines has become a prominent issue in coal mine safety production. Therefore, as soon as possible to improve coal mine dust explosion prevention and isolation of the spread of measures has been the top priority. Currently used in the coal mine sink shed and rock powder shed is a reliable explosion-proof measures. However, the initial investment in the sink shed is large and the transportation is easily damaged. The rock powder on the rock powder shed is easy to damp and agglomerate and needs to be replaced frequently, which requires a lot of work. Therefore, according to the current economic capability and management level of coal mines, there is a long for a more economical and reliable auxiliary flameproof measure. Small investment, simple and easy to popularize, therefore, it is used instead of the sink shed in the mine, and the rock powder shed is used as an auxiliary explosion-proof measure to limit the spread of the coal dust explosion.
