1 病例报告例1:5月龄.腹股沟肿物伴哭闹28 h就诊.查体:t38.3℃,右腹股沟区可触及肿物4 cm×4 cm,硬,不活动,触痛(+).局部皮肤红,右侧阴囊空虚,左侧正常.诊断:右侧嵌顿疝:右侧隐睾.急诊手术,术中见右侧睾丸紫褐色,精索皮下段逆时针扭转540°,复位后处理无好转,行睾丸切除.
