尿道肉阜为女性尿道常见疾病。从1976至1985年我院共收治80例。本组多数施行肉阜切除并基底部电灼,少数单纯电灼,对复发病例予以雌激素局部治疗,现报告如下。临床资料:年龄4～85岁,其中4～12岁1例,13～17岁3例,18～40岁8例,40岁以上68例(85％)。除5例无症状外,其余表现为尿道外口疼痛、磨擦或接触性出血、异物感、排尿困难等。病变好发尿道外口5～7点范围内,多为鲜红色或紫红色结节,直径为0.3～2.5厘米,一般0.5厘米左 Urethral flesh is a common urinary tract disease in women.
