作者们对5例志愿者连续测定了月经周期中宫颈粘液的G-PX。她们在试验的周期间禁止性生活或采用避孕套避孕。每日以1ml的塑料TB空针收集宫颈粘液标本。同时连续抽取血标本,测定血浆LH,FSH和E_2。每日记录基础体温。3例志愿者第14天血浆LH,FSH和E_2有一高峰,第21天血浆孕激素增高。在第14天左右排卵。志愿者B和C,从第11日至12日宫颈粘液G-PX下降,以后的4~5日维持低水平。志愿者AG-PX在第12天后下降,但在周期中期有一增高的小峰。
The authors consecutively measured G-PX in cervical mucus during the menstrual cycle in 5 volunteers. They banned sex or contraceptive contraception during the week of the trial. Cervical mucus specimens were collected daily with 1 ml of plastic TB empty needles. At the same time continuous blood samples were drawn, plasma LH, FSH and E_2 were measured. Basal body temperature daily record. On the 14th day, the plasma LH, FSH and E_2 of three volunteers had a peak, and the plasma progesterone increased on the 21st day. Ovulation on day 14 or so. Volunteers B and C, cervical mucus G-PX decreased from the 11th to the 12th, and stayed low for the next 4 to 5 days. The volunteer AG-PX decreased after day 12, but had an increased small peak in the middle of the cycle.
