当前国际油价持续走低,如何摆脱低油价的不利影响、走出经营困境是当前石油企业面临的十分重要且紧迫的问题。从石油企业战略管理创新、经营管理创新、技术创新3个方面分析了低油价时期管理创新的路径。研究表明:低油价时期石油企业战略创新要从调整石油产业链优化经营业务、实行同心多元化战略迎接新能源革命两方面进行;经营管理创新主要从组织变革、精细化管理、营造低碳文化、降本增效等方面进行;技术创新则依据石油产业链上、中、下游的不同情形进行选择。
The current international oil prices continued to decline, how to get rid of the adverse effects of low oil prices, out of operational difficulties is the current oil companies are facing a very important and urgent issue. This paper analyzes the path of management innovation in the period of low oil prices from three aspects of strategic management innovation, management innovation and technological innovation of petroleum enterprises. The research shows that the strategic innovation of petroleum enterprises in the period of low oil price should be carried out from adjusting the oil industry chain to optimizing the business operations and carrying out the concentric and diversified strategy to meet the new energy revolution. The management innovation mainly focuses on the organizational change, refined management, Reduce costs and increase efficiency and other aspects; technological innovation is based on the oil industry chain, middle and lower reaches of the different circumstances to choose.
