本文采用褶合曲线法不经分离同时分别测定了氯麻滴鼻剂中盐酸麻黄碱和氯霉素的含量，平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９９．８０％，０．５７％；９９．１８％，０．７４％。
In this paper, the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and chloramphenicol in the Rhodiola rosea nasalis was determined by the method of convolution curve without separation. The average recovery and RSD were 99.80%, 0.57%, 99.18% , 0.74%.
