目的 观察 2 45 0MHz微波对视网膜神经细胞的损伤作用。方法 体外培养细胞 ,按微波强度分 3组进行微波辐射 1h ,测温 ,观察细胞形态 ,测细胞存活率 ,测定细胞内SOD、GSH Px酶活性及MDA含量 ,原位末端标记检测凋亡。结果 辐射后SOD及GSH Px活性明显下降 ,MDA含量增高 ,个别细胞凋亡 ,上述改变随着微波强度而增加。结论 2 45 0MHz微波可引起视网膜神经细胞的脂质过氧化损伤及细胞凋亡 ,损伤程度随微波辐射强度而增加。
Objective To observe the injury of retinal nerve cells by 2 45 0MHz microwave. Methods The cells were cultured in vitro. The cells were exposed to microwave for 1 hour under microwave irradiation for 1 hour. The cell morphology was observed and the cell viability was measured. The activity of SOD, GSH Px and the content of MDA were determined. Results The activity of SOD and GSH Px decreased significantly after irradiation, while the content of MDA increased and the apoptosis of some cells increased. The above changes increased with the microwave intensity. Conclusion 2 45MHz microwave can cause retinal neurons lipid peroxidation damage and apoptosis, the degree of damage increases with the intensity of microwave radiation.
