煤矿企业作为国家能源供给的重要单位,能否在深化改革的过程中健康成长,不仅仅关系到企业本身,也对整个社会的和谐发展产生影响。本文立足于企业文化建设的研究和探索,以曙光煤矿的发展历程为例,提出建设煤矿企业文化的新思路、新方法,通过调动全体员工的参与热情和积极性,打造同企业发展理念相符合的企业文化,为煤矿企业的茁壮成长带来新的原动力。
