由于引用的国际标准不同,这就造成API标准中石油钻井设施不同等级的防爆区域与IEC标准中电气设备防爆型式的关系不确定,进而使电器设备防爆型式选用混乱,部分电气设备达不到防爆要求。本文根据钻井井口的气体的释放源的种类和通风量的大小,对钻井井口的爆炸危险区域进行了初步划分。
Due to the different international standards cited, this leads to the uncertainty of the relationship between the explosion-proof areas of different levels of the oil drilling facilities in the API standard and the explosion-proof type of electrical equipment in the IEC standard, which makes the selection of explosion-proof type of electrical equipment confused and some of the electrical equipment fail to meet explosion- . In this paper, according to the type of wellhead gas release and the amount of ventilation, the explosion hazard zone of wellhead is preliminarily divided.
