随着植物病害的日趋严重,生物防治已经成为国内外学者研究的重点,荧光假单胞菌能抑制植物病原微生物的生长,并可促进植物生长,改善植物营养,可作为一种理想的植物病害防治菌种进行开发.本综述主要从荧光假单胞菌的拮抗性、与其他菌(或物质)的交互作用及其主要作用方式、噬铁素介导的抑制等方面叙述了荧光假单胞菌对植物病害的防治机理,并对其在植物病害防治方面的应用前景进行了展望,为植物真菌性病害的防治提供理论指导.“,”Biological control has become keystone in researches by international and domestic scholars with the increasingly sever of plant disease.Pseudomonas fluorescens could be developed as an ideal bacteria of plant disease control for the ability to inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic microorganisms and improve plant nutrient,consequently promote plant growth.This review mainly demonstrated the prevention and treatment mechanism of Pseudomonas fluorescens in plant disease from the perspective of antagonism,interactions with other bacteria or substances and its main modes of action,and inhibition mediated by siderophore of Pseudomonas fluorescens.This review also prospected the application of Pseudomonas fluorescens in plant disease control which would provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of plant fungal diseases.
