随着人们对黑素生成调控机制的认识 ,寻找一种高效、安全、可逆的皮肤脱色剂已成为可能。本文简述近年来对酪氨酸酶抑制型和非酪氨酸酶抑制型皮肤脱色剂的分子作用机制的研究进展。鉴于黑素细胞与黑素瘤细胞具有独特的黑素生物合成途径 ,人们已注意到一些对黑素细胞有特异性细胞毒作用的皮肤脱色剂还可用于皮肤恶性黑素瘤的介入治疗。这一相关研究为黑素瘤的化疗药物筛选开辟一条新途径。
With the understanding of melanogenesis regulation mechanisms, it has become possible to search for an efficient, safe and reversible skin decoloring agent. This article briefly describes recent advances in the molecular mechanisms of tyrosinase-inhibiting and non-tyrosinase-inhibiting skin depigmentation agents. Since melanocytes and melanoma cells have unique melanin biosynthetic pathways, it has been noticed that some skin decolorizers that have specific cytotoxic effects on melanocytes can also be used for the interventional treatment of cutaneous melanoma. This related research opens up a new approach for the screening of chemotherapy drugs for melanoma.
