本文建议研究一种应用微电子技术的三通阀。其逻辑功能由集成电路完成,列车管、副风缸及制动缸之间的压缩空气接通与否由“电磁阀”来完成。新型三通阀应能:新老车混编;列车前后车辆制动的一致性好;达到10年以上的检修周期。该项技术如实用有困难,可发展一种制动模拟装置,以供研究三通阀的性能。本建议供有关方面参考。
This paper suggests the study of a three-way valve using microelectronic technology. Its logic function is completed by the integrated circuit. The compressed air between the train tube, the auxiliary air cylinder and the brake cylinder is connected or not by the “solenoid valve”. The new three-way valve should be able to: new and old cars mixed; good consistency before and after the vehicle braking; up to 10 years of overhaul cycle. Practical practical difficulties with this technology allow the development of a brake simulation device for studying the performance of a three-way valve. This proposal is for reference by the parties concerned.
