目的布氏杆菌病的发病率近年来在本地区有明显的增高,对农民的生产生活造成了较大的损失,身心健康亦有明显的损害。现回顾总结我院2001～2009年收治46例布氏杆菌病患者临床资料,分析本病特点、总结经验。结论布氏杆菌病是可防可治的,但本病地域性强、临床表现多样,应该提高对本病的认识,提高诊断率,加强防护,合理治疗,降低本病的致残率。
Purpose The incidence of brucellosis in recent years in the region have significantly increased, causing far-reaching losses to farmers’ production and life, physical and mental health also significant damage. Are reviewed in our hospital from 2001 to 2009, 46 cases of brucellosis in patients with clinical data, analysis of the characteristics of this disease, sum up experience. Conclusion Brucellosis is preventable and treatable. However, the disease is highly endemic and has various clinical manifestations. It is necessary to raise awareness of the disease, improve the diagnosis rate, strengthen the protection and rational treatment, and reduce the morbidity of this disease.
