一代人有一代人的使命和战场,二代的人生必然完全地不同于他们的父辈,所以,首先必须是决裂,然后才谈得上谅解和交融。我第一次意识到接班问题的尴尬,是4年前参加过的一场聚餐。L先生是我相识多年的企业家朋友,在南方办有一家大型家电制造企业。有一次,我去他那里做调研,到了晚上,他很神秘地邀请我参加一个私人性质的晚宴:“你帮我看看,有没有靠谱的。”
