本文叙述了4.4—5.0GHz抑制镜象混频器与前置中放组合件的设计原理和测试结果。测试结果表明:在600MHz的带宽内,对外来镜频干扰的抑制度大于20dB,噪声系数略好于一般的平衡混频器;适合于宽频带、多波道散射通讯接收机中使用。此项技术也可用在其它微波接收机中,使得操作简单、使用方便,提高了设备的可靠性。同时降低了设备的成本。
This article describes the design principle and test results for a 4.4-5.0GHz suppression image mixer and a pre-amplifier assembly. The test results show that in the 600MHz bandwidth, the rejection of external mirroring interference is greater than 20dB, and the noise figure is slightly better than the average balanced mixer. It is suitable for wideband and multi-channel scattering communication receivers. This technology can also be used in other microwave receivers, making the operation simple, easy to use and improve the reliability of the device. While reducing equipment costs.
