介绍了旋转机械振动、碰磨信号的采集,应用快速傅里叶变换FFT方法对信号进行处理,提出了用声发射(AE)方法检测转机碰磨故障的新方法。在此基础上,利用先进的计算机辅助监测诊断技术研制一新型仪表,用于同时检测旋转机械的振动故障与碰磨故障,解决了以往单纯检测振动故障或单纯检测碰磨故障的难题。
This paper introduces the collection of vibration and touch signal of rotating machinery, and applies Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method to deal with the signal. A new method to detect the touch - and - roll mill failure by acoustic emission (AE) method is proposed. On this basis, the use of advanced computer-aided monitoring and diagnosis technology to develop a new type of instrument for the simultaneous detection of vibration and failure of rotating machinery vibration touch the ground, to solve the previous simple vibration test or simple detection of touch friction problems.
