利用搅拌棒吸附萃取-热脱附-气质联用技术,通过质谱库检索和保留指数比对,从3份布枯叶提取物样品中共解析出65个挥发性成分,共有成分36个,样品A和C为真实样品,样品B疑为稀释样品.主要成分包括地奥酚、(E)-8-巯基薄荷酮、(Z)-8-巯基薄荷酮、4-松油醇、芳樟醇、γ-松油烯、1,8-桉叶素、柠檬烯、月桂烯、α-蒎烯、(E)-β-罗勒烯、薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮、异胡薄荷酮等14个化合物,研究结论为布枯资源种植、品质控制和开发提供了参考依据.“,”Sixty - five volatile components in 3 samples of buchu leaf extract were analyzed and identified by SBSE - TDU- GC - TOF/MS with MS library and retention index comparison. Their main components included diosphenol, (E) - 8 -mercapto - p - menthan - 3 - one, (Z) - 8 - mercapto - p - menthan - 3 - one, terpiene - 4 - ol, linalool, γ - terpinene, 1,8 -cineole, limonene, myrcene, α - pinene, (E) - β - ocimene, menthone, pulegone and isopulegone. The results showed that sample A and C were authentic, whereas sample B was suspected to be a diluted product. This research provided reference frame for buchu plant resource plantation, quality control and exploration.
