《经济法》课程是高职院校经济类专业的必修课,也是重要的基础课之一。《经济法》课程的传统教学模式只注重经济和法律知识的传授而忽略学生能力培养,尤其是当前高职院校的相当一部分学生学习观念淡薄,学习主观能动性差。因此,教师在教学中应做到突出学生的主体地位,鼓励学生采用自主探索、主动实践、体验生活的学习方式,使学生由不愿意学习转变为主动学习,真正体现学生的主体地位。
The course of “Economic Law” is a compulsory course for economics majors in vocational colleges and one of the important basic courses. The traditional teaching mode of “Economic Law” focuses only on the impartment of economic and legal knowledge while neglecting the cultivation of students’ abilities. In particular, a considerable part of students in current higher vocational colleges have weak learning concepts and poor learning subjective initiative. Therefore, teachers should emphasize the dominant position of students in teaching, encourage students to adopt their own exploration, take the initiative to practice and experience the way of learning in life, so that students do not want to learn into active learning, the true manifestation of the dominant position of students.
