无规羧基丁腈橡胶(CBN)和酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)在酸肝固化体系中具有较好的相容性,CBN橡胶从F-51树脂中的相分离析出较为困难;随着CBN含量的增大,橡胶和树脂以双相连续结构存在,这种半相容特征使CBN/F—51共混物的玻璃化转变峰被大大拓宽。实验发现:少量不含羧基官能团的丁腈橡胶(BN-26)添加到CBN/F-51共混体系后,能显著促进CBN橡胶从树脂中的相分离析出。
Random carboxylated nitrile rubber (CBN) and phenolic epoxy resin (F-51) have good compatibility in the acid-liver curing system, and the separation of CBN rubber from F-51 resin is more difficult. With the increase of CBN content, the rubber and resin exist in two-phase continuous structure. The semi-compatible feature broadens the glass transition peak of CBN / F-51 blends. It was found that the addition of a small amount of BN-26, a non-carboxyl functional group, to the CBN / F-51 blends significantly promoted the phase separation of the CBN rubber from the resin.
