本文对乾隆帝“钦定”、陆曾禹编著的救荒专著《康济录》进行了全面的介绍和具体的分析。既充分肯定该书倡导的灾荒观的积极意义 ,论述了该书对历史上救荒实务总结、推广的社会价值 ,又实事求是地指出该书存在的历史局限。文章认为 ,这部著作在展现作者敏锐的观察力、睿智的思考和炽烈的爱心的同时 ,也反映出作者在认识问题上的某些谬误和片面。
This article gives a comprehensive introduction and concrete analysis of Qianji Emperor’s “Kingdoms” and Lu Zuoyu’s book “Kangji Lu”. It not only fully affirms the positive significance of the concept of disaster-based advocacy advocated by the book, but also expounds the social value of the book in concluding and promoting the practice of saving the world in history and points out the historical limitations of the book in a realistic manner. The article holds that this book, while showing the author’s keen powers of observation, wise thinking and blazing love, also reflects certain fallacies and one-sided aspects of the author’s understanding of the issue.
