作为一线的教师我们不难发现:学生单元测试的分数总是时起彼伏,忽高忽低的分数也令学生的学习积极性大受打击。是的,如今的单元测试卷普遍存在试题题型呆板,内容较偏,分值分布不合理等现象。因此,笔者将从“创设情境,激发学生的兴趣;分层测试,调动学生的积极性;等级评分,给予学生人文关怀”等三个方面来分析,力求改变试卷评价的现状,让小学语文中段的试卷内容更符合学生的实际,卷面更贴近学生的心理,评价更具有人文关怀,激发学生考试的热情,使试卷真正达到考查学生素质的目的。
As a front-line teacher, we can easily find out that the scores of student unit tests are always on the rise, and the scores of the students are greatly affected by their scores. The test paper is more close to the psychology of the students. The evaluation is more humane, stimulating the enthusiasm of the students in examinations so that the papers can truly meet the purpose of examining students’ qualities.
