建立了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)管壳式换热器的物理模型,利用Fluent流场模拟软件对换热器壳程流体的流动状态进行了数值模拟,分析了叉排和顺排管束下、不同管间距情况下对换热的影响以及壳程压降的变化,得到了换热效率最佳且经济合理的PVDF管壳式换热器的结构设计参数。
The physical model of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) shell-and-tube heat exchanger was established. The flow state of the shell-side fluid in the heat exchanger was numerically simulated by Fluent flow field simulation software. The influence of tube spacing on the heat transfer and the change of pressure drop in the shell side, the structural design parameters of PVDF shell and tube heat exchanger with the best heat exchange efficiency and reasonable cost were obtained.
