《地名管理条例实施细则》明确规定:“地名管理的任务是,依据国家关于地名管理的方针、政策和法规,通过地名管理的各项行政职能和技术手段,逐步实现国家地名标准化和国内外地名译写规范化,为社会主义建设和国际交往服务”。根据地名管理的任务要求,本文仅就地名管理的政府行为规范化问题谈一点粗浅的认识。
