目的调查东莞市15～22岁男性青少年牙齿钙化情况,为法医年龄推断提供新的基础数据。方法拍摄310名东莞市15～22岁男性青少年全口曲面断层片,参照田雪梅牙齿钙化分级评分标准,分别对下颌第1-7恒牙及上下颌第三磨牙钙化程度进行评分。利用SPSS 17.0进行配对样本T检验、与年龄的相关性分析及Fisher’s两类判别分析。结果下颌第1-7恒牙在16.5岁均已发育完全,第三磨牙从16岁开始出现8级钙化,上、下颌第三磨牙分别从17.5岁及18岁开始出现9级钙化;上颌第三磨牙间钙化程度存在差异(P<0.01),下颌左右侧同名牙齿钙化无差异(P>0.05);第三磨牙与年龄的Spearman相关系数为0.5～0.64,根据第二、三磨牙发育建立的16、17、18岁Fisher’s线性两类判别综合判别率分别为84.8%、75.2%、73.1%。结论第1-7恒牙对17岁以上青少年的年龄推断有局限性,第三磨牙与年龄之间呈中度相关,需综合机体其他年龄特征进行年龄判别。
Objective To investigate the dental calcification of male adolescents aged 15 ~ 22 in Dongguan City, and to provide new basic data for forensic age estimation. Methods Totally 310 full-faceted tomographic films of male adolescents from 15 to 22 years old in Dongguan were collected. The dental calcifications of the first molar of the mandibular first and seventh molar teeth were evaluated with reference to Tian Xuemei’s dental calcification grading scale. SPSS 17.0 paired samples T test, age-related analysis and Fisher’s two discriminant analysis. Results The first permanent dentition of the mandibular first salamander had developed completely at 16.5 years old. The third molar started 8 grades of calcification at the age of 16 years old. The third upper molars and the mandibular third molars showed grade 9 calcification from 17.5 years old and 18 years old respectively. There was no significant difference in the calcification between the molars (P <0.01) and the same name on the left and right mandibular teeth (P> 0.05). The Spearman correlation coefficient between the third molars and the age ranged from 0.5 to 0.64. According to the second and third molars , 17,18-year-old Fisher’s linear discriminant discrimination of the two types of discrimination were 84.8%, 75.2%, 73.1%. CONCLUSIONS: There are some limitations on the age estimation of children over the age of 17 from the first to the seventh permanent teeth. There is a moderate correlation between the third molars and the age, and other age characteristics of the body should be integrated to determine the age.
