科技情报是近三、四十年发展起来的一门新兴学科.我国的科技情报工作自1956年起,已有二十余年的历史.我省农业科研单位1958年以后相继建立了情报组织,开展了情报工作,科技情报在农业科学研究中所起的作用,日益受到人们的重视,工作局面已初步打开.尽管如此,由于农业情报工作的历史较短,人力有限,经验不多,作用不突出,以致人们对情报工作还缺乏足够的认识.各级农业科研单位,包括省、地(市)、县情报工作的具体任务还不明确,搞法各有千秋.现就基层农业科技情报工作的几个有关问题谈谈个人看法.
