目的　观察晚期原发性肝癌全身化疗疗效。方法　 3 6例晚期原发性肝癌用以下二种方案化疗 :PAF(DDP +ADM + 5 -Fu)、PCF(DDP +CF + 5 -Fu) ,2 1～ 2 8天为 1周期。全部病例用药均在 2周期以上。结果　全组 3 6例 ,CR 1例 ,PR 11例 ,总有效率3 3 3 %。二种方案疗效相似。结论　全身化疗是治疗晚期肝癌的手段之一 Objective To observe the effect of systemic chemotherapy on advanced primary liver cancer. Methods Thirty-six patients with advanced primary liver cancer were treated with two chemotherapy regimens: PAF (DDP + ADM + 5 -Fu) and PCF (DDP + CF + 5 -Fu), with 21 cycles of 1 ~ 28 days. All cases of medication are more than 2 cycles. Results All 36 cases, CR 1 cases, PR 11 cases, the total effective rate 33.3%. The two programs have similar efficacy. Conclusion Systemic chemotherapy is one of the ways to treat advanced liver cancer
