目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建图像在诊断骨关节损伤中的实用价值。方法对41例骨关节外伤患者行容积螺旋扫描,将扫描采集的原始数据传adw4.2后处理工作站,采用容积重建(VR)同时辅以SSD、MPR重建进行观察,所得结果与X射线平片进行对比分析。结果螺旋CT三维重建图像能全面、直观的显示骨关节骨折、脱位、骨折类型、程度、范围、关节面受累及关节腔内骨碎片情况,可清晰显示骨关节损伤立体形态及邻近结构关系。结论螺旋CT三维重建图像对全身骨关节损伤的诊断较X射线平片有明显优势,能提供非常有价值的空间关系信息,其表现接近病理解剖,利于临床医师选择治疗方案和制定手术计划。
Objective To investigate the practical value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of bone and joint injuries. Methods 41 cases of patients with traumatic joint trauma were scanned by volume spiral. The raw data collected by scanning were transmitted to the post-treatment workstation adw4.2 and observed by volume reconstruction (VR) combined with SSD and MPR reconstruction. The results were compared with X-ray plain film For comparative analysis. Results Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction images can comprehensively and directly show the fracture and dislocation of bone and joint, the type, degree and range of fracture, the involvement of articular surface and the bone fragments in articular cavity. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction images of spiral CT have obvious advantages over X-ray films in diagnosing whole body bone and joint injuries and provide very valuable spatial relationship information. Its performance is close to the pathological anatomy, which helps clinicians choose the treatment plan and make the operation plan.
