目的:将对调强适形放射治疗在进行具体治疗过程中的剂量学验证方法进行具体的研究探讨,保证IMRT治疗计划实施的准确性。对将要实施IMRT的病人设计出具体的治疗计划。方法:在治疗系统中,利用固体水模板建立三维等效体模。将病人的IMRT计划移至体模中,进行重新的优化设置,进而计算出平面上的剂量以及剂量分布。将体模放置到加速器的治疗床上,对体模IMRT计划数据进行调用,模拟照射体模。结果:通过0.6cc及0.125cc电离室对体模中感兴趣点上的具体吸收剂量进行测量;通过Mapcheck2 1177对系统进行分析,对体模中感兴趣平面上的具体剂量分布进行测量。结论:与计划系统所计算的结果进行比较,对绝对剂量以及相对剂量进行验证。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a specific study on the dosimetric verification methods for intensive conformal radiotherapy in the course of carrying out specific treatment to ensure the accuracy of the IMRT treatment plan. Design specific treatment plans for patients who will be implementing IMRT. Methods: In the treatment system, using solid water template to establish three-dimensional equivalent phantom. The patient’s IMRT plan to move to the phantom, the re-optimization settings, and then calculate the dose on the plane and the dose distribution. The phantom is placed on the accelerator bed and the phantom IMRT plan data is invoked to simulate the irradiation phantom. Results: The specific absorbed dose at the point of interest in the phantom was measured by 0.6 cc and 0.125 cc ionization chambers; the system was analyzed by Mapcheck 2 1177 to measure the specific dose distribution on the plane of interest in the phantom. Conclusion: Comparisons with the calculated results from the planning system validate absolute and relative doses.
