在难加工材料上钴削直径φ1mm左右的小孔是当前生产中的一个难题。近年来的研究表明,采用振动钻削是解决这一问题的有效方法。其中超声波振动钻削将使钻削精度显著提高,粗糙度显著降低。但超声波振动装置比较复杂,对加工工艺条件要求苛刻,这样在生产中推广有一定困难。而低频振动钻削装置比较简单,同时也具有振动切削的一些优点,我们进行了低频振动钻削的试验研究。
It is a difficult problem in the current production of Cobalt to cut holes with a diameter of about 1mm on hard materials. In recent years, research shows that the use of vibration drilling is an effective way to solve this problem. Ultrasonic vibration drilling which will significantly improve the drilling accuracy, significantly reduce the roughness. However, the ultrasonic vibration device is more complex, demanding processing conditions, so there is some difficulty in the promotion of production. The low-frequency vibration drilling device is relatively simple, but also has some advantages of vibration cutting, we conducted a low-frequency vibration drilling test.
