目的通过对重庆市2014-2016年蝇类监测结果分析,掌握蝇密度、种群结构和季节消长等动态变化规律,为重庆市蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用成蝇目测法和粘蝇条法同时进行,每年4-11月,每月中旬监测1次。结果家蝇为优势蝇种(83.16%);每年的蝇密度高峰均出现在7、8月;各类监测场所中,农贸市场的蝇密度最高(2.32只/间),其次是学校(2.01只/间)。结论蝇类防治应采取综合防治措施,以农贸市场和学校为重点场所,在4月开展蝇类消杀工作,减少蝇传疾病的发生和流行。
Objective To analyze the dynamic changes of flies in Chongqing from 2014 to 2016, and to study the dynamic changes of flies density, population structure and seasonal fluctuation so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of flies in Chongqing Municipality. Methods The method of visual inspection of adult fly and slime stripe method was used simultaneously. The method was monitored from April to November every year and once in mid-month. The results showed that Musca domestica was the predominant fly species (83.16%). The annual flies density peak appeared in July and August. Among all the monitoring sites, the flies density was the highest in farmers’ market (2.32 birds / house), followed by schools (2.01 /between). Conclusion The prevention and treatment of flies should take comprehensive prevention and control measures. Focusing on farmers’ markets and schools, flies kill and kill in April to reduce the occurrence and prevalence of fly-borne diseases.
