目的:探讨妇炎净胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎性疾病(PID)后遗症的效果。方法:对宁夏石嘴山市第二人民医院妇产科的盆腔炎患者共140例,随机分组治疗。A组为单纯使用左氧氟沙星,B组为妇炎净胶囊联合左氧氟沙星,对两组患者的临床效果、症状体征评分等疾病比较。结果:治疗3 d后,症状体征评分及评分改善比例分别为:A组(6.71±4.12),(43.51±21.20)%、B组(4.56±4.02),(47.28±25.22)%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗30天症状体征评分及评分改善比例分别为:A组36.50,(78.97±17.75)%、B组34.66,(78.66±19.95)%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗60 d症状体征评分及评分改善比例分别为:A组34.50,(86.48±13.56)%、B组32.61,(85.49±16.51)%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗90d症状体征评分及评分改善比例分别为:A组22.63,(87.47±11.42)%、B组13.88,(96.82±7.22)%,差异有统计学意义(症状体征评分:Z=-2.687,P=0.007;评分改善:F=-2.895,P=0.007)。结论:在治疗PID的同时应用妇炎净胶囊,对盆腔炎性疾病的后遗症的预防具有良好的作用,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Fuyanjing capsules combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods: A total of 140 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Second People ’s Hospital of Shizuishan City in Ningxia were randomly divided into treatment group and treatment group. A group of simple use of levofloxacin, B group of Fu Yanjing capsules combined with levofloxacin, clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, symptoms and signs and other diseases compared. Results: After 3 days of treatment, the scores of symptom and symptom score and the scores of improvement were respectively as follows: A group (6.71 ± 4.12), (43.51 ± 21.20)%, B group (4.56 ± 4.02), (47.28 ± 25.22)%, Significant difference (P> 0.05). The score of symptom and symptom score on 30 days and the improvement rate of score were respectively 36.50 and 78.97 ± 17.75% in group A, 34.66 and 78.66 ± 19.95% in group B, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The scores of symptom and symptom scores on 60th day of treatment were 34.50 (86.48 ± 13.56)% in group A and 32.61 (85.49 ± 16.51)% in group B, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The score of symptom and symptom improvement at 90 days were 22.63 (87.47 ± 11.42)% in group A, 13.88 (96.82 ± 7.22)% in group B, the difference was statistically significant (symptom score: Z = -2.687, P = 0.007; score improvement: F = -2.895, P = 0.007). Conclusion: The application of Fuyanjing Capsule in the treatment of PID has a good effect on the prevention of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases, which is worth promoting.
