通过动物(小鼠)实验观察了溴苯(BB)肝损害时阿魏酸钠(SF)的有效作用。结果表明,给予BB(150mg/kg)时,小鼠sGPT活性,肝匀浆MDA含量及肝微粒体细胞色素P450酶和苯胺羟化酶活性均增高,组织学现在可见细胞形态明显异常。SF(100mg/kg)预处理后,小鼠上述各指标的活性或含量均显著降低细胞形态结构基本恢复至正常。提示SF可部分对抗BB所致肝损害,推测其机制与抗脂质过氧化及降低肝脏药物代谢酶活性有关。
The effect of sodium ferulate (SF) on liver damage in bromobenzene (BB) was observed experimentally in animals (mice). The results showed that sGPT activity in mice, MDA content in liver homogenate and cytochrome P450 enzyme activity and aniline hydroxylase activity in liver microsomes were all increased when BB was given at 150mg / kg. Histology showed that cell morphology was obviously abnormal. SF (100mg / kg) pretreatment, the above indicators of mice activity or content were significantly reduced cell morphology and structure returned to normal. Tip SF can be part of the fight against liver damage caused by BB, presumably its mechanism and anti-lipid peroxidation and reduce the liver drug metabolism enzyme activity.
