全军护理专业会议于1980年8月5～13日在兰州召开。这次会议,共收到护理学术文章614篇。大会报告36篇,小会介绍35篇,文字交流60篇。放映电影、录相7套,并展出技术革新实物41项。报告和交流的内容丰富,有战地救护、临床护理、病房科学管理、院校教学、在职训练、技术革新等方面的先进经验。第一、战伤救护方面这次会议突出地交流了对越自卫还击战中的战伤护理工作经验。 1.严密的组织、科学的分工,是完成战时大量伤员救护任务的重要保证。在对越自卫还击作战的伤员救治工作中,她们采取了三定(人员、位置、工作),三包(病房、治疗、护理)的形式展开护理工作,使人人心中有数,个个履行职责。在明确分工的前提下,科学安排工作,突出三抓:抓展开工作前的各项准备工作,抓对伤员护理的主要矛盾,
