初步研究了日本沼虾促雄腺的位置、形态、组织结构、变化过程以及其分泌激素的化学性质。结果表明 ,日本沼虾具有促雄腺 1对 ,位于输精管末端至端壶腹的表面 ,呈短索状贴于其上 ,长约 2mm ,由许多实心腺泡和血窦组成。腺体结构与个体精巢发育周期密切相关 ,可分为增殖期、合成期和分泌期 3个阶段。组织化学研究表明 ,促雄腺分泌的激素中含有蛋白质 ,而不含多糖类物质
Preliminary study of the marsh gland’s mast cell location, morphological, organizational structure, the process of change and the secretion of hormone chemical properties. The results showed that the Japanese marsh shrimp has a pair of male gonads located at the end of the vas deferens to the ampulla of the surface, affixed to it on a short cord, length of about 2mm, composed of many solid acinus and sinusoids. Gland structure and individual testis closely related to the developmental cycle can be divided into proliferative phase, synthesis and secretion of three stages. Histochemistry studies have shown that the hormone secreted by the male gland contains proteins but not polysaccharides
