研究了CeCl3对固体粉末法硼钒共渗渗层成分、组织和性能的影响 .发现随CeCl3加入量的增加 ,渗层中新相Al2 O3的量不断增多 ;当CeCl3加入量为 5%时 ,渗层中出现连续致密分布的Al2 O3黑区组织 .对此进行了性能测试和机理探讨 .
The effect of CeCl3 on the composition, microstructure and properties of boro-vanadium infiltration layer by solid powder method was investigated. It was found that the amount of new phase Al2 O3 in the infiltrated layer increased with the addition of CeCl3. When the amount of CeCl3 was 5% The continuous and densely distributed Al 2 O 3 black zone appears in the infiltration layer, and the performance test and mechanism are discussed.
