目的探讨鼻下部血管瘤的治疗方法。方法1997年7月到2004年5月,应用保留皮肤的鼻下部海绵状血管瘤切除术同时行鼻成形术的手术方法(以下称鼻下部海绵状血管瘤根治术)共治疗鼻下部海绵状血管瘤13例。术后1个月行同位素Sr90照射2～3个疗程。结果13例患者经随访3～12个月,血管瘤未见复发,鼻尖部形态自然。结论应用鼻下部海绵状血管瘤根治术,结合术后1个月对该部位残留血管瘤行同位素治疗,可达到既能根治鼻部血管瘤又能保留鼻自然外观的效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment of nasal hemangiomas. Methods From July 1997 to May 2004, surgical treatment of nasal cavernous hemangiomas with preservation of the skin while undergoing rhinoplasty (hereinafter referred to as rhinopharyngeal cavernous hemangiomas) was performed for the treatment of suboccipital cavernous vessels Tumor in 13 cases. One month after operation, isotope Sr90 irradiation 2 ~ 3 courses. Results 13 patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months, no recurrence of hemangiomas, nasal tip morphology. Conclusions The radical mastectomy of cavernous hemangioma in the inferior nasal cavity and the isotope therapy of residual hemangiomas in this area at one month after operation can achieve the effect of both curing the nasal hemangiomas and preserving the natural appearance of the nose.
