城镇化是现代化的必由之路,是解决三农问题的重要途径,是促进社会良性运行与和谐发展的必然要求。本文通过描述城镇化的另一面,即农村农民县城购房多而居住少的社会现象,分析农民县城买房多居住少这一社会现象的原因和影响,并提出对策建议,以期使城镇化朝着文明化和健康化方向发展,实现产业、人口、土地、社会、农村五位一体的新型城镇化。
