利用自行研制的泪道治疗仪,采用腔内高频电灼法治疗瘢痕性泪小管阻塞16例,经过4～20个月的随访观察,结果显示:治愈率为93.8%。该方法系非手术治疗,不需切开皮肤、创伤小,疗效不受泪小管缺损程度的影响,适于各种类型、各种病因的泪小管阻塞。术中植入的带有微小喇叭口的支撑导管位于泪小管壶腹部至鼻阈之间,不在道外留滞、固定导管,既不影响外观,又不易脱管,还解决了植管后至拔管期间的泪液导流问题。方法简便,疗效满意。
16 cases of cicatricial lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with intracavitary high frequency electrocauterization. The follow-up observation of 4 ~ 20 months showed that the cure rate was 93.8%.
