本文根据以往半尺寸模型的试验经验进行了全尺寸燃烧室试验。为了获得合适的燃烧性能,大量的工作集中在供油系统的调整上。本文还介绍了对应两种最理想燃油喷嘴配置所获得的模拟高空试验结果,其中包括稳定范围、燃烧效率和压力振荡。同时对燃烧室进气温度影响燃油分布这一特殊问题进行了解释。此外还讨论了θ参数的有效性。
In this paper, a full-scale combustion chamber test was carried out based on the experimental experience of the previous half-size model. In order to obtain the proper combustion performance, a large amount of work is focused on the adjustment of the fuel supply system. This article also presents the results of simulations at high altitude that correspond to the two most optimal fuel nozzle configurations, including the stability range, combustion efficiency, and pressure oscillations. At the same time, the special problem that the temperature of the air in the combustion chamber affects the fuel distribution is explained. In addition, the validity of the θ parameter is discussed.
