检测了96例白细胞精子症精液的常规指标、精子—宫颈粘液体外穿透试验、精子顶体酶活性及抗精子抗体的变化。实验结果:采集588例精液中白细胞精子症有96例(16.3%);精子的总数、直线前向运动精子的百分率、直线前向运动精子总数、精子—宫颈粘液的体外穿透试验优良率均明显低于非白细胞精子症组(P<0.01);精子顶体酶活性也低于非白细胞精子症组(P<0.05);而精液量、精子密度、精子活率、精子畸形率及抗精子抗体的阳性率两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结果提示:精液中白细胞>1.0×106个/ml将可能影响精子的质量,导致受精能力下降,成为男性免疫不育的较常见原因。
The routine indexes of semen from 96 cases of leukocyte spermatozoa were tested, the penetration test of sperm - cervical mucus in vitro, the acrosin activity and the change of antisperm antibody were detected. Results: There were 96 cases (16.3%) of leukocyte sperm collected from 588 semen samples; the total number of sperms, the percentage of straight forward spermatozoa, the total number of straight forward spermatic sperm, and the sperm-cervical mucus penetration test in vitro were excellent (P <0.01). The sperm acrosin activity was also lower than that of non-leukocyte sperm group (P <0.05). The semen volume, sperm density, sperm motility, There was no significant difference in sperm deformity rate and antisperm antibody positive rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The results suggest that: the white blood cells in semen> 1.0 × 106 / ml will probably affect the quality of sperm, resulting in reduced fertilization, male infertility become a more common cause.
