随着种植技术的发展与改进,人们生活水平的不断提高,种植牙已被广大患者接受和认可。颌骨是全身骨骼系统的一部分,全身骨代谢疾病也会影响颌骨骨组织的代谢和骨量的变化。骨质疏松作为影响种植体骨结合的重要因素,对种植牙咀嚼功能成功恢复不可忽视。本文从骨改建异常,骨质疏松与成脂分化,间充质干细胞的成脂分化,Ror2/Wnt5α信号通路对BMMSCs成脂分化的调控机制等方面作一综述。

Osteoporosis as an important factor affecting the osseointegration of implants, the successful restoration of dental implants can not be ignored. In this paper, the abnormalities of bone remodeling, osteoporosis and adipogenic differentiation, adipogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and the regulatory mechanism of Ror2 / Wnt5α signaling pathway on the adipogenic differentiation of BMMSCs were reviewed.
