对转PSAG12 IPT基因小麦植株根际土壤及其周边小麦、大麦、燕麦进行了基因漂移检测,并对食用转PSAG12 IPT基因小麦混合饲料的小白鼠进行了毒理性试验,初步研究了转PSAG12 IPT基因小麦的安全性。结果表明,PSAG12 IPT基因并未通过根系分泌物漂移到土壤中;除西农1376在距离T2代西农1376小麦3和6m处各发现1株PCR阳性植株外,在小麦郑9023及大麦和燕麦中均未发现PSAG12 IPT基因存在;食用含有转基因小麦混合饲料的小白鼠和对照小白鼠的肝脏和肾脏的结构解剖图未见明显差异,可以初步认为应用转PSAG12 IPT基因小麦是较安全的。
